### Digital Guest Pass Terms & Conditions
1. **Guest Pass Validity**
Your Laguna Niguel Chamber of Commerce Digital Guest Pass is valid through the expiration date displayed on the pass. The Guest Pass is intended to provide temporary access to participating Chamber guest opportunities, information, and eligible offers.
2. **No Membership Status**
The Guest Pass does not constitute Chamber membership and does not provide voting rights, member status, or any other rights or benefits reserved exclusively for active Chamber members.
3. **No Cash Value**
The Guest Pass has no cash value and cannot be sold, exchanged, returned, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
4. **Personal Use**
The Guest Pass is issued to the individual named or registered with the pass and is intended for that guest's personal use. It may not be transferred, duplicated, resold, or used fraudulently.
5. **Guest Benefits & Offers**
Guest benefits, discounts, promotions, and participating business offers are subject to availability and may have additional restrictions or expiration dates. Offers may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
6. **Events & Third-Party Offers**
The Guest Pass does not guarantee admission to Chamber events, availability of services, reservations, or eligibility for offers provided by participating businesses or other third parties. Separate registration, payment, reservations, or other requirements may apply.
7. **Pass Suspension or Revocation**
The Laguna Niguel Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to suspend, deactivate, or revoke a Guest Pass for misuse, unauthorized duplication or sharing, fraudulent activity, or violation of applicable Chamber policies.
8. **Communications & Privacy**
By opting in to receive the Digital Guest Pass, you agree to receive relevant Chamber communications, including information about Chamber events, local businesses, programs, opportunities, and membership. Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
9. **Pass Assistance**
If your Guest Pass is deleted or you replace your mobile device, contact the Laguna Niguel Chamber of Commerce for assistance.
